The Early Act program at Travis Elementry in San Marcos is 13 years old. David Rodriguez and Ben Duncan from San Marcos Rotary were at the school on April 21 to present the school with two new 4-Way Test banners, one of which resides at the entrance to the school and the other in the lunch room. The students at Travis say the 4-Way Test every morning. The 4-Way Test asks 4 simple questions about the things we think, say, or do: 1. Is it the truth? 2. Is it fair to all concerned? 3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
