Rise Against Hunger discussed at Rotary on Zoom
The mission of Rise Against Hunger is “growing a global movement to empower communities, nourish lives and respond to emergencies. Through their Pathways to End Hunger, they provide immediate nourishment for those in need today and implement sustainable solutions that will lift entire communities for years to come.”
Catherine, Cat, Mayfield is the Rotary guest speaker on April 14 at noon. She is the Community Engagement Manager for Rise Against Hunger in Houston. Catherine is a Houston native and resides there with her two children. She spent most of her working career in the medical field as she has always had a strong desire to help people and live her life inservice of others.
