Rotary profile: Sean Locker
SMTX Rotarian Sean Locker grew up in North Richland Hills near Ft. Worth. He graduated from Richland High School and then attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX. He graduated from Howard Payne with a major in Cross Cultural studies, and a minor in International Business. While a college student he spent two summers in Kenya working for a summer camp, and says those two summers changed his life.
Soon after graduating from college he moved back to Fort Worth to be close to family. Before long, close friends coaxed him into moving down to Austin. In Austin he worked as an inventory manager for a granite company, at a coffee shop, and at a retail skate shop. Then he joined ABC Home and Commercial Services and became a pest and rodent specialist. He has since moved up in the company and is currently sales manager in San Marcos.
Sean has been married to Courtney Locker of three years. They have two dogs, Shiloh and Hank, and are planning to purchase their first home, here in San Marcos, in a couple of months.
