Rotary supports a program called Early Act in elementary schools to nurture the spirit of service in young people. It is nonpolitical and nonreligious. Travis Elementary in San Marcos, Texas, USA has had an Early Act program for 14 years. The students take on modest service projects to help the community. Every morning the students say the 4-Way Test, as do Rotarians worldwide at their meetings.
