Larry Hanson completed construction of two mini libraries for San Marcos. Rotary District 5840 set a goal of constructing 100 in the District. Larry painted them in the Rotary colors. One is Rotary blue and the other is Rotary yellow. One will be placed outside the Southside Community Center on Guadalupe. The location of the second one is TBA.
