Travis Elementary in San Marcos Texas celebrated their Earlyact Rotary character award winners for 2022. The Rings of Character winners are posted on the bulliten board in the main hallway at the school. Students at an assembly celebrated the winners. The students say the Rotary 4-Way Test every morning:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and better friendships?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
Travis students raise money every year to give a scholarship to a San Marcos High School senior who attend Travis when they were younger. Rotary matches what the students raise.This year Rotary gave a second scholarship to a deserving Travis alum as well.
