Jessica Cousineau becomes President-Elect of the Rotary Club of San Marcos,Texas on July 1, 2023. She will serve as President of the club in Rotary year 2024-2025.
Jessica is an attorney at David K. Sergi and Associates, in San Marcos. She currently practices in the areas of bankruptcy and federal litigation, but has worked in many areas over the more than 20 years she has been a practicing lawyer in Oregon and Texas. She has a J.D. degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and BCJ and BA degrees in criminal justice and anthropology from New Mexico State University.
Jessica joined Rotary in 2014, after her oldest son was accepted as a Rotary exchange student and has loved the opportunity it has given her to help both locally and internationally. She served as President of the Tualatin Rotary Club in Oregon during the 2017-2018 Rotary year and enjoyed the opportunity to help that club accomplish their goals. She has been honored as a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow.
Jessica, and her husband Steve, recently moved to New Braunfels to be closer to their children and they have enjoyed exploring central Texas.
